THE CRIB
IL PRESEPE
The crib is the most important our religious traditions, it is the landscape where Jesus Christ is born.
Jesus Christ is for our religion the "Saviour".
In the crib there is the stall, inside there is Gesł (Jesus Christ), Maria (the Virgin Mary), Giuseppe (St. Joseph), the bue (ox) and the asino (donkey).
On the roof there is an angel who protects Gesł.
All around the Crib there are sheep and shepherds who bring presents for Jesus.
In the sky there is a big star, it is the guide for the Re Magi (Wise Men).
Usually we put Jesus statue only at midnight of Eve Christmas and a lot of us go to the Church.
