Exploring Cinque Terre


Left:  Corniglia.   We rented the orange house in the middle from Maria, a very friendly local woman who didn't speak any English!  We had 2 terraces overlooking the sea (view on right) and one terrace overlooking the town.  Everything we needed was right outside our door,  restaurants, cafes, and even a few shops selling local wine - mmmm!




Vernazza's sandy beach was a refreshing treat!  We all enjoyed the cool water, did a little shopping, and of course, enjoyed some gelato!
